This takes place around 5:15am everyday for 1.5 hours.


Straw mats should be used before lying down, but these are not necessary for the warmup and may actually make some parts of it difficult as they slide around.


The style is very dependant on whoever is instructing. Werner and Reinhard have a very similar approach for the men, whereas the women can have very different styles of instruction varying from lots of stretching with few yoga positions, to almost aerobics.


Werner's and Reinhard's routines both consist of 30 mins of stretching and warming up, 45 minutes of yoga positions designed to strengthen those muscles which will be used whilst meditating and then 15 minutes of relaxation.


Some positions used include: sun salutation, shoulder stand, fish, seated forward bend, cobra, half and full locust, bow, child, cat and corpse.


Push as much as you want to. If you're a beginner and you're finding it difficult, take it easier. There is no benefit from being too tight with yoga.


There is the option of practicing on your own if you are an experienced yogi.
