Many people struggle during the retreat with the hardships they face, and with the feelings that can come up. This is part of the retreat process. Part of the retreat experience is to work through these difficult stages and to obtain the satisfaction of having done it.

You are able to leave the retreat before it finishes if you no longer wish to remain.

You will need to speak with a friend before leaving to arrange to collect your valuables.

The retreat fee of 2,000 baht is not refundable.

Approximately 30% of people who attend do not finish the retreat.

More people leave on day 3 than any other.

You are strongly encouraged to stay until the end of the retreat.
