More people leave the retreat on day 3 than on any other day.
If you are seriously contemplating leaving the retreat, go and speak with one of the friends.
It does tend to get better as mindfulness improves, less sleep is required, and limbs and joints loosen up.
Days like this give good opportunities to learn about your own capacity for being determined and showing will power. |
